### Renaming the Suptask App

The default name of the Suptask App in Slack is **Suptask**. In case you want to change the name to match your own branding, you can do so by following the steps below.

This is possible and can be done as a part of the configuration of the Suptask app in Slack.

#### **App naming examples**

You can specify any name of your choice to apply on the Suptask App, such as:&#x20;

* IT Support
* Helpdesk
* HelpBot
* MyCompany Support

#### How to change the Suptask App name

1. Open the **Suptask** **App** in Slack&#x20;
2. Click on the tab **About**&#x20;
3. Press on the button **Configuration**
4. This will open up the configuration page of Suptask in your web browser.&#x20;
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the section **Bot user**
6. Press on **Edit** and select the name of your choice.&#x20;
7. Done.

### Customizing Suptask App Home&#x20;

The home screen of the Suptask App in Slack can be customized with your own text content and layout, using Slack's building blocks.&#x20;

This is the perfect way to create your own branded centralized support hub in Slack - where all your users navigate to and receive their own experience.&#x20;

Customizations in this view can include everything from new sections, headers, text content and emojis. Making it easy to inform users with instructions and guidance on how to use your ticketing system in Slack.

#### Link from a Slack Workflow button&#x20;

Slack Workflow buttons can be sticky within a channel, allowing users to click a button to trigger an action. If you don't want to map Forms and Fields into Slack Workflows [using the integration](https://support.suptask.com/integrations-automations-and-workflows/integration-guides/how-to-use-slack-workflows), you can create a solid user experience by linking to the Suptask App.&#x20;
