You can easily find any of your Suptask tickets within Slack.

Use Slack's built-in search

Use the search bar at the top of Slack, you can also type ⌘+G on a Mac or Ctrl+G on Windows or Linux, in order to access it.

To find a specific ticket ID / Number, simply search for it like this: #423

Search also allows you to search for any text phrases from the ticket in order to find it.

Suptask slash command

By using the shortcut slash command in a channel where Suptask is invited, you can find your tickets by specifying the ticket ID.
