How to create tickets from emails

Make tickets from received emails

Emails can be received and a ticket can be created from it as it is transformed from an email to a Slack message. 

To get started, set up incoming emails to be received to Slack by following this:
  • Emails should be sent to a Slack channel where Suptask is invited and ticket forms activated. 

Ones you have emails received as Slack messages to the channel, they can be created as any other Slack message to a Suptask tickets.
