June 2026

This release lets Suptask take action and find answers in the tools your team already uses, and makes the Tickets overview quicker to work in.

Google Workspace requests from the ticket

New connector · Web app (setup) and Slack

When a user requests access in a ticket, Suptask can act directly in Google Workspace without anyone opening the admin console:

  • Manage group membership for a user.

  • Enrich tickets with the user's job title, department and other details.

  • Create user accounts as part of onboarding.

  • Grant access to shared resources such as a shared drive, calendar or group alias.

  • Suspend an account and revoke access when someone leaves.

You decide exactly which actions Suptask is allowed to perform.

Auto-answer from your knowledge base

New · Web app (setup) and Slack

Connect your knowledge in Notion, GetGuru or Confluence. When a new ticket comes in, Suptask looks up the answer and shares it – either with the agent to review and send, or directly with the requester. Your knowledge stays where it lives today.

Tickets overview enhancements

Improved · Web app

  • Open a ticket's conversation in one click.

  • Jump into focus mode to work on a ticket in full screen.

  • Edit common fields such as assignee and status directly in the list.

  • Export tickets to CSV or Excel with the current filter applied.

  • Hover over a row to preview its description.

  • Scroll horizontally to fit more fields on screen.
