A selection list can now show follow-up options based on the requester's previous choice, guiding them step by step to provide the right information. Multiple nested levels are supported, so you can build decision-based flows that stay simple for the requester and structured for agents.

The content shown on the Suptask App home in Slack can be customized. Link to your internal wiki and policies, and use your company's language and tone. The Suptask App can also be linked directly from your intranet, Slack canvases or channels, so users land in the app with one click.

Other enhancements

• Each row in the Tickets web overview has a three-dots menu on the left with quick actions such as leaving a reply or opening the ticket in Slack, without opening the ticket first.
