Tickets can be moved or escalated to another team without being recreated. Select the ticket and choose the target Inbox – all previous replies and context follow the ticket.

Incoming emails are analyzed by AI to create a ticket and route it to the right Inbox and Form, so emails reach the correct team without manual sorting.

Clone and move Forms between Inboxes

Forms can be cloned within an Inbox or moved to another Inbox with all fields and settings intact, so complex Forms do not need to be rebuilt from scratch.
