This release adds two ways to communicate with requesters: hand a partially filled ticket over to the requester to complete, and broadcast messages to channels.

Ticket handoff

When submitting a ticket on behalf of someone else, agents can skip the remaining fields and hand the ticket off to the requester. The requester is notified to complete the missing details, and the ticket is marked with a ❓ emoji until all required information has been provided.

Announcements and broadcasts

New · Slack

Send an announcement or broadcast message to one or more Slack channels with /suptask announce. Messages support Slack markdown, making the feature suitable for product news, incident updates and support information.
