This release lets you manage tickets fully from the Web app and adapt field names to your own language and terminology.

### Edit tickets on the web

Tickets can now be edited directly in the Web app. Open a ticket from the Tickets overview to assign users, set priority, update status and add tags without switching to Slack.

### Localized Forms and fields

Default fields can be renamed to match your regional language or preferred terminology. Requesters and agents see your names for the fields in Slack and on the web.

### Slack Workflows

Suptask can be used as a step in Slack Workflows, so tickets can be created from workflows you already run in Slack.
