This release improves how you build Forms, connects Suptask to more tools without third-party automation platforms, and adds a new language.

### Form editor customizations

Fields can now be marked as visible only to agents, so internal fields are hidden from requesters. Fields can also be edited directly inside the Form editor, without leaving the Form.

### Native integration engine

A new integration engine connects Suptask with Google Sheets, ClickUp, Jira, Airtable, HubSpot and more, without relying on Zapier or Make. Integrations can be customized to fit your workflows.

### Portuguese language

**New** · Slack

Suptask is now available in Portuguese. Requesters and agents get a localized ticketing experience when their Slack language is set to Portuguese.
